Upstate University’s Family & Internal Medicine Clinic space RFP

Description: Upstate medical university has the need for approx.5,000 SF. of contiguous space to house upstate university’s family & internal medicine clinic. Including an uninterrupted power system (UPS). Space must be accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year with overnight hours. Convenient parking, with a minimum of 25 spaces for upstate staff and patients with easy access for patients required. Parking lots must be surfaced with striping and provide ample lighting. Site/surface maintenance, inclusive of snow removal shall be the sole responsibility of the landlord.
