Upgrade Security and ADA for MCF Willow River RFP

Description: General, Mechanical, Demolition, Excavation, Civil, and Electrical construction. Phased renovations to the occupied Administration Building to improve security, accessibility, and staff and visitor functions. Work includes interior demolition and construction; modifications to the entrance, reception and service areas, search rooms, master control, offices, visitation and support spaces; accessible toilet-room improvements; doors, frames, hardware, casework, and finishes; and associated structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, technology, access-control, and video surveillance work. Exterior improvements include accessible parking and routes, paving and striping, site lighting, security gates and devices, signage, and related site work.
