*UPDATED* Campground Reservation Management System

Description: The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Finance and Administration Cabinet's Office of Procurement Services on behalf of the Kentucky Horse Park, is soliciting competitive proposals for a cloud-based Campground Reservation Management System pursuant to 200 KAR 5:307. The Kentucky Horse Park operates a 260-site campground offering both paved and primitive options that has been using RA Outdoors LLC dba Aspira for reservations since 2005. The selected vendor will provide a web-based hosted reservation platform accessible to customers and authorized agency personnel, supporting online and phone reservations, a customer call center, multi-site type management (RV, tent, electric, primitive), and a payment gateway integration that is fully PCI-DSS compliant.
