Update the Sewer System Master Plan, CIP No. I-168

Description: The City of Torrance is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to update its Sewer System Master Plan under CIP No. I-168. The work includes project management, existing-condition and flow-monitoring data collection, hydraulic modeling, GIS development, lift-station assessments, and preparation of five-year and twenty-year capital improvement programs. The selected contractor must provide a licensed Professional Engineer and deliver a complete, usable project while meeting applicable standards and presenting the final plan to the City Council.
