update on existing contract

Description: The Smithsonian Institution intends to extend contract 33330219CT0010023 for one additional option year to print, ship, and mail Smithsonian Associates’ monthly program guide. The four-color guide is mailed to more than 25,000 households each month, and the incumbent printer has reliably met the required mailing dates. The sole-source extension is estimated at $700,000, with the contract expected to be re-competed in Fiscal Year 2027 because there is insufficient time to compete and award a replacement before the current contract expires in February 2027.
