UP-Thompson Hall Improvements RFP

Description: Thompson Hall Improvement project includes bathroom renovations and the addition of additional bedrooms. Additional scope includes the renovation of the community lounge/kitchen, the renovation of existing single rooms with private bathrooms, the conversion of an apartment into an emergency-use bedroom, the renovation of the building's laundry area, and upgrades to staff spaces.
