United States Marine Corps Communication Systems (UCS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Support RFP

Description: Systems engineering, technical, and management support services to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in support of all United States Marine Corps (USMC) Communications Systems (UCS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) initiatives whose primary customers consist of, but are not limited to, Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO Land Systems), the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). The related systems are comprised of Tactical, Satellite, Terrestrial, Ground, and Radar Communications and Client Computing equipment with hardware and software elements. This support includes new engineering development and sustainment of current systems; through the development and implementation of Systems Engineering processes. These include but are not limited to adherence to Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR), implementation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), integration, testing, configuration management, quality control, logistics, training, and fielding support.
