Uniform Rental and Laundry Services RFP #2026-04

Description: The San Luis Obispo Regional Transit Authority is seeking proposals for rental, laundering, repair, and delivery of work uniforms, coveralls, shop rags, and floor mats for maintenance mechanics and utility workers. Services will cover three RTA facilities in San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, and Paso Robles, with daily uniform changes required at the bus maintenance facility. The resulting fixed-price contract is planned for three years beginning January 1, 2027, with up to two additional one-year extensions and required insurance and federal transportation procurement compliance.
