UNCW Magazine Printing Services RFP

Description: The University of North Carolina at Wilmington is seeking a qualified printer to produce its twice-annual UNCW Magazine, approximately 105,000 copies per issue, along with #9 remittance envelopes, address labeling, and bulk mailing. Requirements include FSC/SFI-certified paper, four-color process, saddle-stitch binding, digital and physical proofs, on-site performance, and no subcontractors. The initial contract term is one year with two optional one-year renewals, and award will be made to the lowest responsive bid meeting the specifications.
