UM UH Rad Onc TX2 & TX6 RFP

Description: Tx2 - linear accelerator replacement at university hospital level B2. Scope includes architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical modifications within treatment room B2C522, control room B2C524, corridor C520Z, and equipment room C523. Tx6 - renovation of the existing tx6 modular linear accelerator vault and control room for installation of a new varian truebeam linear accelerator. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: removal salvage and reinstallation of the existing exterior entrance door card reader, installation of new low voltage conduit and back boxes within and above the acoustic ceiling system for um hits to install new dpss security cameras, provision of temporary construction fencing, and the protection of the existing to remain memorial painted rock garden surrounding the tx6 modular building.
