Description: The State of Connecticut’s Department of Administrative Services is issuing an Invitation to Bid for Phase 2 of the Gampel Pavilion renovation at the University of Connecticut. The project covers building and facility construction and maintenance services for the approximately 171,000-square-foot, 10,299-seat arena on the Storrs campus. The renovation is intended to modernize existing spaces, improve facility efficiencies, and expand revenue-generating areas supporting the pavilion’s use.
