Description: This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services on behalf of the Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) to establish a contract for the construction of new dormitories and a medical/dental clinic facility at the Tillamook Youth Correctional Facility (TYCF). The project also includes renovation of selected portions of the existing building, with work performed in phases while existing dormitories remain occupied during construction. The estimated construction value is between $6,750,000 and $8,000,000.
