Two Chimneys Farm Phase I

Work includes construction of turn lane consisting of asphalt pavement, delineation and pavement markings, grading of roadside swales, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, roadway construction with curb and gutter, pavement, sidewalks, and drive approaches, installation of storm drainage systems, water distribution lines, sanitary sewer collection systems, manholes, fire hydrants, and all required appurtenances, detention/retention facilities, erosion and sedimentation control measures, utility extensions, service connections to individual lots, signage and striping (if required), restoration of disturbed areas, and all associated site work.
