Work includes construction of turn lane consisting of asphalt pavement, delineation and pavement markings, grading of roadside swales, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, roadway construction with curb and gutter, pavement, sidewalks, and drive approaches, installation of storm drainage systems, water distribution lines, sanitary sewer collection systems, manholes, fire hydrants, and all required appurtenances, detention/retention facilities, erosion and sedimentation control measures, utility extensions, service connections to individual lots, signage and striping (if required), restoration of disturbed areas, and all associated site work.

work includes 1 LS of Mobilization (not to exceed 5% of total Bid Cost); the furnishing and installation of a package MBR wastewater treatment plant with all process tanks, headworks, blowers, and pumps ; site civil work including foundations, an operations building, flow measurement flume, and electrical duct banks ; the construction of influent and effluent lift stations ; approximately 1,303 SY of concrete pavement and 535 SY of concrete driveway; 720 SY of crushed limestone ; a stabilized construction entrance; 3,260 LF of silt fence with appurtenances; 2.6 AC of clearing, grubbing, and topsoil stripping; 2.0 AC of seeding ; trench safety protection for yard piping and force main; 686 LF of 6 ft tall chain link fence with 3 strands of barbed wire and double swing gates ; and 2,100 LF of 8-inch PVC C900 effluent force main including a concrete headwall and rip rap.
