The trailer shall include a 36" exterior door, secured by dead bolt and key, a 36"interior door, secured by key, a total of six (6) windows, (3 windows 45x60, 3 windows 36x36), 2 office rooms, 10 electric receptables, one half bath, one bathroom vanity, one bathroom sink, one bathroom mirror, one bathroom fan, one closet, one kitchen area with a double sink faucet, fridge space, one 100 Amp electric panel, 8 LED lights, a 18,000 BTU Heat and Air conditioning unit, 2 exterior lights on either side of the exterior door, as well as vinyl flooring throughout, R21 insulation or better, with a metal roof.
