TSS 135 Elmhurst 34kV Switchgear Building Extension (Request for Proposal))

Description: Substation Civil Work: Install building drilled piers/foundation with required steel structure embeds for steel structures and precast panels; Provide required sump pits, if noted; Provide all conduit within the building foundation; Provide all conduit for the project as shown; Provide alternate pricing to install non-concrete encased conduit; Provide alternate pricing to install grounding; Exterior Aux Power pads and conduit work, if noted; All conduit exiting the building foundation will be stubbed and marked 5 feet from the building for future connection of the distribution duct packages; Include option pricing for monthly concrete blankets and heater rentals to support winter conditions for the duration of construction.Switchgear Building: Install building, including but not limited to pre-cast concrete, and steel structures. Pre-cast panels and steel structure are ordered, designed and in manufacturing at time of this RFP. See outside link.
