Trumbull County Annual Bridge Inspection Program RFP

Description: Trumbull County seeks a qualified consultant to inspect county bridges during 2027–2029, including approximately 192 bridges in 2028 and approximately 372 bridges in 2027 and 2029. The work also includes scour appraisals for 177 bridges with clear spans over 20 feet, with appraisal results recorded in AssetWise and on file by March 2028. The consultant must provide inspection reports and perform inspections in accordance with Ohio Department of Transportation bridge inspection standards and reliability-based inspection criteria.
