Triadelphia - B1 HVAC Chiller - (Request for Proposal)

Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to procure and install new replacement units for the Carrier (or equivalent) chiller. Scope of Chiller Replacement: Remove Glycol; Remove existing Carrier Chiller and dispose of according to EPA guidelines; Set new, warranted 150-ton Carrier Chiller or equivalent; Chiller unit shall consist of two equally divided circuits i.e. 75/tons each; Each circuit needs to be capable of running independently of the other circuit.
