Trash, Recycling, and Food Scrap Collection Services RFP

Description: The State of Vermont is seeking one or more contractors to provide trash removal, recycling, food-scrap collection, and as-needed leaf and yard debris collection services at state agency locations. The initial contract term is one year beginning October 1, 2026, with four additional one-year renewal options, and vendors may bid for one or more service locations.
