Description: CityBus seeks qualified law firms to provide comprehensive outside general counsel on an as-needed basis under a professional-services agreement, with NEORide administering the procurement on CityBus’s behalf. The work includes employment and labor matters, public procurement and federal compliance, grant and regulatory compliance, litigation and claims, limited real-estate and capital-project support, and strategic legal advice.
