Project consists of safety improvements at three intersections implemented within each existing intersection's footprint, e traffic signal system by installing new signals, incorporating flashing yellow arrows for left-turn movements, and upgrading pedestrian signal equipment. Additional improvements include upgrading of ADA-compliant curb ramps, and targeted crosswalk illumination to improve pedestrian visibility. These enhancements are intended to increase overall intersection safety by improving signal visibility, reducing conflict points, and providing safer, more accessible pedestrian crossings.

Bids are due August 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM Arizona Time and must be delivered to the Design and Construction Procurement Bid Box at Phoenix City Hall; a non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2026 and questions are due by August 4, 2026. Bidders must be registered in the City’s Vendor Management System, provide a bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid, submit a List of Major Subcontractors and Suppliers, and comply with federal immigration and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.
