Traction Power Substation Modernization Project

Description: The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District is soliciting sealed bids for the Traction Power Substation Modernization Project, which is a construction procurement rather than a grant program. The work includes building one new substation in Porter County, Indiana, refurbishing one substation in LaPorte County, Indiana, and potentially refurbishing five additional substations in Indiana and Illinois.
