Town of Saugeen Shores Strategic Plan

Description: The Town invites proponents to support the development of a renewed long-term Strategic Plan for the Town of Saugeen Shores. The work will build from the Town’s 2023–2027 Strategic Plan and evolve it into a 10-year framework to guide municipal decision-making, municipal service delivery planning, financial planning, and community growth. The 10-year plan will be paired with a focused Council-term Strategic Agenda for the incoming 2027 Council, and together these tools are intended to strengthen accountability, improve performance measurement, support public reporting, connect strategy to financial sustainability, and create a clear line of sight from long-term vision to annual workplans and budgets.
