Selected areas of copper flashing replacement at existing brick chimney including associated brickwork. Finish Carpentry and millwork at exterior including wood gutter repair, new custom storm board and batten door with hardware. Handrail Replacement at existing posts at exterior site stairs. Replacement of existing exterior secondary door. Painting of exterior trimwork and doors.
