Constructed with masonry, steel, and wood, the exterior scope will include replacing the roof, repairing masonry walls, replacing windows and doors, and adding new lighting. The 14,400 SF main level interior renovation will include new masonry walls, refurbished restrooms and kitchen, new resilient finishes, new fire sprinkler system, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The 5,600 SF upper level will mostly remain unchanged and left unoccupied for public use. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment will be located here with some modifications to infill discarded openings and add new utility access.
