Description: Alignment 2 includes installation of approx 1,900 LF of primarily 30" dia gravity sewer, consisting of approx 840 LF of pvc sewer main and 1,060 LF of ductile iron pipe, with associated roadway restoration and surface restoration. Alignment 3 is divided into 2 separate work zones and includes installation of approx 1,650 LF of gravity sewer, consisting primarily of 24" dia pvc sewer main and approx 155 LF of 34" steel encasement installed via pilot guided auger bore. Town Branch Basin Sewer Improvements - Alignment 1 (Invitation for Bid)
Work includes approx 5,600 LF of gravity sewer, consisting primarily of 18" pvc sewer main and approximately 500 LF of steel encasement installed via multiple auger bores at select crossings. The project includes upsizing portions of the existing gravity sewer system, installation of new sewer mains, abandonment and removal of existing pipelines, construction of manholes and associated appurtenances, and performance of bypass pumping, dewatering, roadway repairs, and electric utility adjustments and replacements associated with the sewer installation, together with all other related work.

Western Corridor Sewer Improvements (Request for Proposals)
Construction of gravity sanitary sewer and sanitary sewer force mains; manholes, valves, and trenchless crossings; grading and site work; access drives; site utilities (both public and private); instrumentation and controls; electrical systems; fencing; installation of a JIB crane; construction of a new electrical building; installation of a diesel-fired emergency bypass pump; erosion and sedimentation control measures; and final site restoration and grading.
