Torit Dust Extraction System Service and Maintenance for the NMUSN - (Request for Quote)

Description: Cleaning and servicing of the Torit Dust Extraction system to include system testing and replacing necessary filters and parts. Inspect and calibrate filtration system: The contractor shall inspect the Torit Dust Collector and test all portions for proper operation. Contractor shall test the pressure of the unit at full velocity and static pressure of the system and assure proper air flow for dust removal. Upgrade and calibrate control board: The electronic control system of the dust collection unit is to be replaced by a more modern and accurate system controller. Unit cleaning and replacement of filters: The contractor shall clean the dust collection unit and remove and replace all 8 filters in the system with appropriate filter replacements. The contractor shall also supply 8 filters for shop stock for regular changes to be done by shop staff. See attached file.
