Tn-west Tennessee Refuge-seedlings RFP

Description: Please provide a price quote for seedlings of the following species: 22,700 Sweetgum seedlings, 30,300 Nuttall oak seedlings, and 53,000 Cherrybark oak seedlings. Seedlings must meet the following specifications: Seedlings shall be healthy, vigorous seedlings having a minimum top length of 18 inches, a minimum root collar of 3/8th (0.375) inches, and an undamaged, fibrous root system with a 6-8 inch tap root with at least 3 inch lateral roots. Seedling packaging should completely enclose the seedlings. Seedlings shall be packaged in bundles weighing less than 100 lbs. Seedlings should be grown in nurseries within 400 miles of the refuge.
