Title and Escrow Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Title and escrow services. seeking proposals from qualified and licensed respondents for title and escrow services. The Contractor will serve on an "if-needed" and "as-required" basis throughout the county. The Mohave County departments and divisions requiring Title and Escrow Services include but are not limited to the following: Public Works, Community Services, Flood Control District and Treasurer’s Office. Mohave County makes no guarantee as to the amount of work that will be required during the term of this contract. See attached file.
