Three (3) 2026 Mid-Size SUV for Legal Unit

Description: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Office of Insurance Commissioner’s Special Investigations Division for three new 2026 mid-size SUVs. Required features include a minimum 116-inch wheelbase, power steering, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, a V6 gasoline engine, keyless entry, 18-inch all-season tires, and a rear-window defogger. Vehicles must be delivered within 30 days of award and include pre-delivery servicing, manuals, proof of origin or bill of sale, and at least three years or 36,000 miles of basic comprehensive warranty coverage.
