Thousand Oaks Downtown Project Master Developer

Description: The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking qualifications from experienced Master Developers to create a pool of pre-qualified candidates for transforming downtown Thousand Oaks. The selected applicant may be a vertically integrated development firm or consortium to lead a transformative mixed-use development on the Civic Arts Plaza campus, limited to the private Phase 2A components. This Request for Qualifications begins a two-phase competitive selection process, with shortlisted applicants invited to a later RFP to select a Master Developer for disposition-agreement negotiations.
