This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract

Description: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency plans to award Noblis a one-year firm-fixed-price contract with two six-month options for advisory and assistance services to the Department of War Cooperative Threat Reduction Program. The work supports programs across the chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear spectrum and includes technical, international-agreement, foreign-partner regulatory and sustainment, acquisition, logistics, financial, planning, training, information-technology, security, and administrative expertise. Although the notice states the planned award is sole source and is not a request for competitive proposals, other responsible sources may submit capability statements by November 9, 2026, for consideration.
