Third Party Fiber Inspections RFP

Description: The Town of Gilbert, Arizona is seeking temporary third-party inspection services to assist with private fiber deployment projects, facilitating the opening of an estimated 20 to 40 permits over an anticipated 3-5 year construction period. The selected consultant will perform visual field inspections of dry utility installations and temporary traffic control setups, verifying running line locations, conduit depth, potholing, barricading, and surface restoration in compliance with MAG, Town, and MUTCD standards. Responses (Statements of Qualifications) are due by 2:00 PM local Gilbert time on July 16, 2026, with the initial agreement term expected to continue through June 30, 2027.
