Description: The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is soliciting proposals for a Third Party Administrator to design, implement, and administer a statewide Rural Healthcare Workforce Incentive Program (Ladder Payments) to recruit and retain health-care professionals in Idaho’s rural communities.
