The UT Dell Medical Center (DMC) Procurement Package #1, #3 , and #5

Description: Project will consist of administration, research, education, support, ambulatory / cancer care, and inpatient care buildings, including parking garage structures. The campus is currently planned to be comprised of approx 2,500,000 SF and will include operating rooms, clinical support, patient rooms, imaging, administrative and mechanical spaces as well as emergency/acute care spaces. The buildings will be concrete structures and include unitized curtain wall skin with typical campus exterior facade material.
