The Focus Groups for the Evaluation of the Wage Earner Protection Program requirement

Description: Employment and Social Development Canada is seeking one contractor to conduct six focus group discussions in support of the evaluation of the Wage Earner Protection Program (WEPP). The discussions will include WEPP applicants who received and did not receive benefits and will gather views on recent program changes, the application process and its timeliness, and the program's effectiveness in reducing economic insecurity among Canadian workers. This is an open procurement solicitation against a Supply Arrangement, limited to qualified Tier 1 National Capital Region holders in the business consulting/change management services stream, with security requirements and a proposed contract end date of November 30, 2026; it is not a grant.
