The Focus Groups for the Evaluation of the Wage Earner Protection Program requirement

Description: Employment and Social Development Canada is seeking one contractor to conduct six focus group discussions in support of the evaluation of the Wage Earner Protection Program (WEPP). The discussions will include WEPP applicants who received and did not receive benefits and will gather views on recent program changes, the application process and its timeliness, and the program's effectiveness in reducing economic insecurity among Canadian workers. Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification of Energy Efficiency Program Services
The Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development is seeking a contractor to provide evaluation, measurement, and verification (EM&V) services for its energy efficiency programs, including the EmPOWER Maryland Program. The selected contractor will develop evaluation plans, collect and analyze program data (such as energy savings and customer satisfaction), and deliver regular reports to the Department. The contract will run for an initial three-year period with two optional three-year extensions, with a budget estimated between $2.5 million and $5 million.
