The Depot Construction (Request for Qualification)

The work includes demolition of existing wood decking, paving, covered structure, tree, and plant removal. The proposed improvements include approximately. 7,500 SF decorative concrete paving (flatwork, ramps, and stairs) with approx. 650 SF paver inset areas, approx. 560 LF concrete retaining walls, grading and drainage improvements, raised planters, seat walls, guardrail and handrail installation, approx. 320 SF metal structure deck with composite decking, irrigation system, and landscape planting including trees, shrubs, and lawn areas.
