Food & Beverage Concession Goals: Customer Satisfaction: Provide an attractive, friendly, and convenient dining environment for the traveling public. Provide a quality and comprehensive menu with a diverse mix of products for all consumers. Provide bar service/lounge experience. Provide first-class customer service to all patrons. Brands and Experience: Maximize the participation of local and regional food and beverage products. Provide a menu which highlights the culinary qualities and traditions of the region.
