Lincoln University is accepting sealed bids for improvements to the aquaculture research facility building located at Carver Farm, 3804 Bald Hill Road, Jefferson City, Missouri. The project generally consists of construction of a one-story slab-on-grade building addition (approximately 760 SF) on the north side of the existing Aquaculture Research Building, including a process/laboratory room, two offices, a closet, and a hallway. Scope includes extending electric, IT/data, domestic water, sanitary sewer, and HVAC from the existing building, as well as exterior improvements such as re-routing of existing electric service, underground roof drain collection piping, and a new sidewalk.
