Description: The Borough of Laurel Springs will sell at public auction parcels subject to unpaid taxes, assessments, and other municipal charges, together with applicable interest and costs. The auction is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Municipal Building, 723 West Atlantic Ave, Laurel Springs, New Jersey. Properties will be sold at the lowest interest rate bid, not exceeding 18%, and payment must be made before the conclusion of the sale by cash, certified check, or money order.
