Tank cleaning and inspection
The United States Coast Guard, Base Boston, seeks a small-business contractor to clean and inspect sewage and grey-water systems aboard USCG Boat 1153 at 427 Commercial Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The work covers tanks, piping, pumps, valves, and related components, including removal of obstructions, scale, waste, sediment, and sludge, followed by borescope, leak, vacuum-system, and switch testing. Bidders must submit a cleaning plan within seven days of arrival, and proposals are evaluated on technical experience, relevant experience, and price.
