Description: Clark College seeks a qualified partner to design, develop, and deliver an equity-centered talent development program for supervisors and other employee groups, including faculty, staff, and work-study students. The work includes assessing existing capacity, creating a comprehensive professional-development framework and practical pathways for applying equity-centered principles, and developing assessment measures. The program is intended to build internal leadership capacity and support continuing improvement aligned with the college’s goals for student belonging and equitable outcomes.
