Tactical ISR Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED): Adaptive AI and Autonomy at the Tactical Edge

Description: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, through its Rapid Capabilities Office and in coordination with ONI and ACC-RI, seeks prototype solutions for AI-enabled computer vision that can sustain tactical ISR at the edge. The prototype is to support object detection, tracking, and re-identification for unclassified small UAS in low-connectivity settings, with low-shot model adaptation on SWaP-constrained hardware and no cloud dependency. Solutions must integrate with GEOINT formats and tactical dissemination systems such as TAK, and the prototype will be operationally evaluated to inform future development and transition decisions.
