Description: Provide tactical communications and technical investigative comprehensive solutions. This acquisition shall establish multiple indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (idiq) contracts to support legacy systems, as well as provide access to updated technology and interoperable solutions for tactical communications and technical investigative comprehensive solutions (tactics). Dhs intends to establish a suite of idiq contracts to enable the department to leverage its departmentwide buying power to obtain the lowest available prices for all products and related services offered by the contractor(s) and improved or additional equipment as specified in section c. 5. Tactics will be the short name for this contract vehicle.

RFI-WORLDWIDE SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS - PROTECTED MILSATCOM TACTICAL (WSC-PMT) PROJECT
The Defence Investment Agency (DIA), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) and administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), is soliciting industry input through this Request for Information (RFI) for the Worldwide Satellite Communications - Protected MILSATCOM Tactical (WSC-PMT) Project, which follows-on to the existing Protected Military Satellite Communications (PMSC) capability. The project seeks to deliver tactical, secure, jam-resistant satellite communications between operational command authority and deployed Canadian Armed Forces personnel worldwide, with protection requirements higher than standard military SATCOM. Respondents are invited to register, schedule optional pre- and post-submission one-on-one meetings per the published timeline, and provide RFI submissions by 14:00 EDT on 19 August 2026.
