T1932 - Contracted System Administrator (CSA) for the Childrens System of Care (CSOC)

Description: Engage a Contractor to serve as the Contracted System Administrator (CSA) for DCF's CSOC service delivery model and to provide a Management Information System (MIS) for the CSOC. The CSA performs a wide range of administrative and clinical functions essential to the operations of DCF's system of care for Children and Young Adults (for this Bid solicitation, "Children and Young Adults" will be referred to as "Youth" unless specified) with behavioral health needs, including mental health, Substance Use, and/or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). Key functions of the CSA include Care Coordination, Utilization Management (UM), Quality Management (QM), Outcomes Management (OM), community engagement, and the collection and maintenance of critical information on Youth needs, demographics, service Utilization, qualified service Providers, Medicaid and Third Party Liability (TPL) information, and claims data.
