Mass Care Asset Assessment and System Improvement Plan RFP

Description: Lane County seeks quotes from emergency management and planning consultants to inventory and assess existing community mass care facilities and tsunami evacuation assembly areas. The assessment will consider hazard exposure, asset operability, and access, and will produce a Mass Care Improvement Plan for the County. The plan will identify ways to mitigate asset risk and prioritize resource investments to reduce hazards to mass care assets.
