Description: Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a sole-source contract modification to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems under contract N00024-23-C-5117. The modification will realign level-of-effort hours and costs among contract line item numbers without increasing the total hours or estimated contract value, supporting specialized requirements beginning in January 2027. This presolicitation is not a commitment to issue a solicitation, proposals will not be accepted in response to the synopsis, and interested parties may submit expressions of interest within 15 days of publication.
