Description: This presolicitation announces NAVFAC EXWC’s intent to issue an RFP for a single-award Ocean Infrastructure (OI2) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract; the notice is not itself a request for proposals. Anticipated work includes construction, installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of ocean infrastructure in environments ranging from arctic to tropical.
