Provide construction manager at risk services for the middle/high school renovation & addition project. The proposed project consists of a two-story building comprised of 148,034 GSF. The project maintains a majority of the existing facility, along with constructing new additions to the south and east of the existing building. The addition to the south includes a new, two-story classroom wing which will become the dedicated middle school. The addition to the east will include a new gymnasium, public restrooms, new superintendent's/business office, and back of house spaces. The existing gym will be repurposed into an alternate PE space and media center. The existing classrooms will be renovated and reconfigured into a high school wing along with the locker rooms.
