Fan System Installation at East Metro Garage RFP
This project replaces the existing HVAC return fan with two new QPAC fan array wall systems, including demolition of existing equipment and structural support; installation of new frame, sheet metal components, electrical equipment, power distribution, controls, and all associated incidental work; programming and integration with the existing Building Automation System (BAS); and testing, balancing, commissioning, and closeout to deliver a fully operational system.
